Good morning, i have a problem with gta v, when i finish a mision o i have failed a mision the game has been crash and the error code is ERR_GFX_D3D_INIT, i When I click Online OR Story or even Benchmark, I get to the first loading screen (with pictures) and then the GTA Loading Icon stops moving. Then I hear the Windows Error Sound and get ERR_GFX_D3D_INIT.

I play GTA V on my pc and im getting around 90-100fps but when i click esc to open map, my fps drop to 11-5fps and it become so laggy. when i close the map and get back to the game everything is fine and im getting back 90-100fps. why is this happening? now i cant look at the map and can't even move the cursor because it is too laggy. please help me
